Sleep is often given the least priority in our day-by-day hectic lifestyle. While my wife and i juggle between family, house work, and official deadlines, little do we realize the important role of rest in our daily functioning and the sleep deprivation can force us, both physically or even mentally. It, therefore, goes without saying that a good sleep is tremendously essential for our overall good fitness and health.

The Goodness of Sleep

A good night sleep or a midday nap may benefit us more than we presume.

It but nonetheless , clears the memory on the inside unneeded or unimportant knowledge. With clarity of thing to consider, one's decision making skills also get better.

1. Lack of sleep surface alters immune function. It reduces the body's ability to ward off infections. Hence, it makes you more prone to various diseases.

3. Children who sleep less can have troubles with hyperactivity and also decreased attention. This directly impacts their performance at school.
