Many technicians problems falling asleep at night, often because their goes keep running at full-speed but they feel physically tired. Before i had problems falling asleep at night, but now I'm out within minutes - maybe even seconds - associated with light going out. Here are six techniques that can certainly help to me get to that period:
1) Keep a regular sleep schedule. This gets your mind and body into a routine. My light looks somewhere between 9: forty and 10: 15 pm concerning night.
