Most babies do not sleep during the nighttime for many reasons. Sometimes knowing due to an illness or discomfort like for example colic.
But some of simple fact sleep problems could are generated by you! You don't which on purpose, you just didn't know. You probably got advice from best freinds and family on how to solve the nighttime baby insomnia.
What not to make happen:
(1) If your toddler is under 2 months old, do not spend eco-friendly tea's health benefits half hour trying to sooth the young child to sleep.
(2) Never leave a bright light on once they baby's room at encounter. Just leave enough light within the room so you can change and feed your baby. Your baby needs to teach that if the room is dark will still be sleep time.
(3) As some of my articles and reviews, do not let your kids have a bottle during the nighttime in the crib. You need to use a pacifier.
What for you to do:
Having said all of that, here are a couple of tips that might help.
(1) While you are feeding your kids and baby starts to be sleepy, gently put baby towards the crib. If you rock or hold baby to help sleep, this could cause a dependency issue. Just stay near until having a child falls asleep.
(2) Should baby come to life at night, take care of what must done, i. e. something different of diaper or a
feeding. BUT, do not start playing around and turn on the cheerful lights. Be very serious and put baby in the crib. This will help your baby realize it is still sleep time.
