Sleep Deprivation effects can be damaging to both the body and mind. It can adversely affect thinking processes. In 2000, a study by the USCD Medical school and the Veterans Romances Healthcare System in San diego used functional MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) technology to the brainwave activity in people sleep deprived subjects acting simple verbal learning work. The results had displayed regions of the goes prefrontal cortex displayed most people activity in those subjects more sleepier than the other kinds.

Memory performance was largely less effective with those suffering Sleep Deprivation effects, though greater activity covering the parietal region was consisting of better memory.

To remedy Sleep Deprivation and is effects, research has been just using isochronic pulses and tones that can cause certain brainwave activities, equivalent to alpha waves, beta waves amongst others, which are more approving to attaining sleep.
