By far the incredibly best shift work struggle i hear from people close to working crazy and sporadic hours is FATIGUE. And the problem with this is that our our body is programmed to operate from a 24-hour cycle due to this fact when the sun crashes, your body reacts by successfully navigating sleep. After midnight, your 'body clock' automatically starts to reduce your body temperature along physical alertness so to be sleep.
