While many teenagers suffer from less sleep and attempt to go on as normal, doing so can significantly increase their chances of being involved vehicle crash, a new articles has suggested.
A report writing on the various Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine signify teens who suffer from poor sleep quality also have an elevated possibility that an accident.
