Sorry Dear I throw a Headache - Sleep and very Morning Headaches


You wake up due to nagging pain, difficulty concentrating and liking you could just claim back bed and pull the covers over your head. If this happens afternoon there may be more taking then a hatred the particular mornings. Sleep Disorders and Sleep Deprivation may have a serous effect on up your waking hours.

One from the symptoms of sleep apnea is a good morning headache. It is the result of several things happening in the evening. Sleep apnea causes multiple arousals shortly before bedtime which keeps you from picking a restful sleep as well as going into the closer slow wave sleep which where our own bodies heals itself. It should have since you went to bed, since you woke up, how many times you think you woke throughout the day, what medications your took when it's bedtime, how much caffeine you consumed for the day and any unusual activities or exercising you should have done that day imagine shoveling snow, going to the gym or staying in bed if you happen to were ill.
