Like food and the, sleep is vital for keeps health!
It may not sense there is much going on when our heads footprint the pillow, but a number of complex chemical reactions come to occur in our brains almost even as we shut our eyes. Our hormonal changes start to adjust in order to important repair and processing the skin and brains need to fill out can get underway. And these include, Seratonin (commonly known when you realize happiness hormone) levels lack of lower light levels. Melatonin (a sleep regulating hormone which tells the when to sleep) levels increase at nighttime.
These processes are grave in maintaining optimal both mental and physical health. When we don't sleep well almost every asset of mental and physical health is impacted.
