Think to it. If you make your, fame, recognition or rrn any respect causes you Sleep Deprivation, then you get from either of the above effects, [I'm pretty sure you don't need me to elaborate on the points], what benefit has it been to you?
Remember, what you truly want for your health is BALANCE. Frail health + anything [money, fame, wealth, recognition...] in a position to equal balance.
My response? Try and work with the rules, the laws and the guidelines - the codes of wealth, of vitamin, of prosperity, of abundance and success. Nobody ever asked anyone to sleep 7, 8, 9, in contrast 10 hours.
