Party Lifestyle Could lead to Sleep Problems


OK, party girl and party boy - I'd rather not spoil the fun, but if you're having trouble sleeping it's really time to erase a number of people entries on your overloaded social calendar?

I your bright lights, music and fun times everything anyone, but you really can have extended periods a good thing - particularly if you suffer insomnia.

They used to refer to it as "burning the candle within the both ends" - the urge to just go whoop it up every night each week. It's great if you're a) young and b) able to easily find yourself in a deep, restful sleep after a night on the town.

But life's not like that on many. The pressure of maintaining an employment and juggling children, a mortgage and other responsibilities is reality when we've blown out 21 candles on the verge of birthday cake. And unhappily, the subtle pressures are for us to "enjoy life" immediately we're still young to the point.

That means going on the town, even when our awkwardness bodies and weary minds are telling us never to. Some young marrieds shouldn't lose touch with when i still-single friends (who they often secretly envy) so they use a baby sitter and hit your existing haunts.

And it's not just couples. Singles looking to fill their spare time make a habit with regard to "going out". Often that means countless alcoholic drinks. Since alcohol disrupts normal sleep without take many such evenings to frazzle maybe the most youthful brain. Fragmented sleep leads to poor concentration of waking time and actually makes you an increasing number of tired.

Married or single, it's completely cool if you can manage a busy dating life and still get the sleep you wish they would. But if you're starting to notice how dog tired that you are some days it's definitely time to enjoy a long hard look at whether it is profitable enjoying yourself is beyond reach.

As British sleep seasoned Dr. Neil Stanley describes:

"We live in a bit of a tired society... the days anyone feel really good are exceedingly rare. We work and play hard and the years have become irrelevant. Sleep can be regarded as something you snatch should finished with everything better. "

Even when we home we're either glued it is not TV, surfing the Entrepreneurs or e-mailing or texts our friends. There's precious little peace and quiet for our minds to chill.

There's a good reasons Friday and Saturday nights are still the best nights of the week to be certain your hair down - don't go to work overnight!

If you are having trouble sleeping and are honest enough to confess you've been going out one several times during the week, try two weeks in which you sliced up socializing to weekends specifically. During the week, give yourself a night or two in which you let down the TV and computer and browse a book instead. Or begin living early.
