Sound strange?
Well considering that individuals wake up feeling like we've had associated with sleep when we keep fit shift work, the temptation to modify on the snooze button seems way too tempting. Because going without sleep for days causes fatigue, drowsiness and may also result in a decrease in alertness and decrease co-ordination.
In fact that they will can even suffer anywhere from around headaches and muscles troubles, and become highly irritable the moment don't get enough sleep.
So what has this got regarding the snooze button and your alarm clock?
Well essential alarm interrupts your sleep cycle or that the brain is then struggle to complete its process associated with repair and rejuvenation. Provided that's not bad fully, when you go ahead and hit the snooze button, your brain enters another sleep cycle simply to be interrupted again getting alarm clock goes off just as before.
Now don't get me wrong - in the busy world we can't exactly cloth our alarm clocks and wake onto the sounds of chirping fowls and sunlight streaming unto our face. Although this may be a very attractive proposition and i'm sure you would allocate.
The harsh reality is the shift workers need a security clock. Without it we does not make it into particular target time - whenever you can!
But it's important to learn that when your alarm time clock goes off - will want up straight away. Shift work disturbs your sleep cycle -- unquestionably, but hitting the rest button will only cause you to feel even worse.
Of course if the tone is sounding way too dangerous, then try positioning your alarm clock in the bed so that you actually have to emerge from bed to turn it off! That way it's more hard and less tempting for you to crawl back under the covers and sneak in that extra bit of snooze time.
