Massage your calves, from knees to forefoot, and your lower forearms, from elbows to palms, with easy up-and-down strokes with small volume of this mixed oil.


  • Make room in your home relaxing with clutter for no extra charge and quiet atmosphere. Might wear comfortable clothes. Do not watch LCD TELEVISION or read anything just asleep. You may listen to partake of soft relaxing music.


  • Avoid wine bottle or caffeine beverages, especially asleep. Nicotine also leads due to Sleep Deprivation, so quit herbs.


  • Avoid sleeping throughout. If you can't, exist as short as approaching. Twenty minutes daytime sleeping is rejuvenating enough to recharge you through out the day.
